I said Monday night, but that didn't work out. The video was finished on Monday night (at 3AM, so technically Tuesday), but it's rather large by my usual standards so it took all night to render. Then I went to school and showed the video to my biology class, plus all the other crap I had to do. It's finally uploaded to Blip now, so go and watch it! (It'll be on YouTube soon, too.)

Wow, first news post in almost two months. Sorry about the lack of updates. There have been two tiny videos put up since the last post (Lobster Fest 2 and BootCo). Other than that, I've been really really busy with schoolwork. James Hardiment made another music video with my help, Tropical Island. Other than that, none of the stuff I've been doing is on the web. (I've made a few more videos, but they've been small things for classes.) Expect a new, extra-long Ryan and Bran episode this Monday night. It's going to be good. =)

There WILL be a new RAB episode this week. It was going to be released today, but we're having a huge snowstorm right now and we can't get together to film. We will hopefully have the episode up tomorrow. This should be the last late episode for a while, since we will be creating a buffer this week. (As long as we don't get snowstorms all break!)

I hope you're all happy about the new site layout. It's not completely perfect yet, but it's pretty much done. Just a few more things to fix up before I can call it finalised. As you've probably noticed, Ryan and Bran has a new slogan: "Weekly Weet-Loaf Since 2007!" We've had similar slogans in the past (and certainly our fair share of joke slogans), but we're probably going to stick with this one. (It's a reference to First Anniversary, by the way.)

The ironic thing about the new slogan is that RAB has been more irregular than ever. "Weekly" is hardly the kind of adverb we deserve at the moment. However, Ryan and I are by no means doing this on purpose. We've just made a lot of little schedule slips that have been difficult to recover from. Hopefully we will be able to get our episode releases back in order over the winter break. Keep your fingers crossed.

One more thing: We now have an ad at the bottom, under the copyright. I'd ask you to refrain from mindlessly AdBlocking it, but I know you won't listen anyway. Just remember that you're stealing from us poor defenceless teenagers. =P

Holy jeez, it's been a while since the last news post, hasn't it? In case you missed it, we've been taking October off. Videos will start coming out in November again. It's possible that we will move back onto a weekly schedule right away, but we might not. Ryan and I are horribly busy with schoolwork and other miscellaneous crap that's going on, so we might have to do as we said we would and only do two videos in November. On the plus side, there should be another longish video (AKA short film) out soon. It won't be actual Ryan and Bran, though. You'll know it when you see it.

The DVD should be out this week. It's very nearly done, and we've been procrastinating too much. No, seriously. It'll be done. Stay tuned. >_<

Bad news as usual here in RAB-land. Ryan is super sick this week and we don't have a chance to do any proper filming like we had wanted to. I am using this weekend to prepare for the next few weeks of videos (and get a slight buffer going), but nothing that we can post right away. We also can't release the DVD this weekend like we had wanted to, since it still has one unfilmed video on it that we can't film until next weekend. >_< Long story short: no video this weekend, no DVD this weekend, but definitely videos for the next few weekends as I will be doing some in advance. Something major in RAB will happen next month (maybe the end of this month), so stay tuned anyway.

Man, have I got some amazing news for you guys today. *sigh*

Basically, some really inconsiderate schedule changes that are beyond our control have forced us to postpone this Monday's video slightly. How slightly? Probably by a day or two. We were going to do a grand celebration video for our anniversary (August 12th), but that's cut off now. The video will probably be released on next Tuesday or (in an absolute worst case) on next Wednesday. To further suck, we've also got to postpone the DVD release. It won't be out for at least another week, and probably more than that. Sorry for all this, but it is really beyond our control. -_-

Thankfully, this Wednesday's video is still going up as planned, so you can continue to look forward to that. It's release has nothing to do with the delay of the Monday video, so don't even think that.

In other news, Ryan and I are working on producing a DVD of Ryan and Bran's first season (the first fifty videos -- see the video list). Aside from fifty RAB videos that you've all seen already, the DVD will include commentary from Ryan and me, as well as a bonus retrospective video that isn't on the internet. We hope to have this done in time for our first anniversary (August 12th), but you never know. Things are liable to change.

There will NOT be a video this Monday. The last notice was posted before Bran got sick.
This is no longer just out 50th video, it's also going to celebrate our 150th subscriber so we're not doing it while Bran can barely talk and run around. Remeber that we are both out of school after this week so the next video will get done for sure. There is no way we are going 3 weeks without a video. Hopefully nobody gets sick during summer and there is no more of these delays.
